Day 1 - DELHI
Arrive Delhi. Our representative will meet you and transfer to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 - Delhi City Tour
After breakfast at hotel. Leave for full day city tour Old & New Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, India Gate, President's House, Parliament House, Qutab Minar, Humayun's Tomb & Lotus Temple. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3 - Delhi - Agra - Delhi (AC Train)
Leave early morning to board your superfast AC train to Agra. It takes only 2 hours to reach Agra. On arrival at Agra our driver and guide meet and take you for Agra city tour. Visit Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Mehtab Bagh (Mini Taj Mahal). Late evening drop to railway station to board your train to Delhi. On arrival our representative will receive you and drop to your hotel.
Day 4 - Delhi - Chennai
After early breakfast leave for airport to board your flight to Chennai. On arrival check into hotel. Afternoon city sightseeing tour.
Day 5 - Delhi - Kanchipuram - Mahabalipuram
Morning excurtion to Kanchipuram to see ancient temples. Later, proceed to Mahabalipuram to see temples there. Overnight at Mahabalipuram.
Day 6 - Mahabalipuram - Pondicherry - Gangaikondacholapuram - Swamimalai
After breakfast depart for Swamimalai by car. En route visit Pondicherry and Gangaikondacholapuram. In Pondicherry, visit the Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
Day 7 - Swamimalai - Tanjore
In the morning visit Darasuram Temple and the Institute of Iconography. Later drive to Tanjore. Afternoon, visit the 9th century Chola Temple of Brihadeeswara at Tanjore.
Day 8 - Tanjore - Trichy - Madurai
Depart for Madurai by car. En route visit Trichy. Evening watch religious ceremonies at Meenakshi Temple, Madurai.
Day 9 - Madurai - Periyar
Morning visit Meenakshi Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace. Afternoon drive to Periyar.
Day 10 - Periyar - Kumarakom - Alleppey
Early morning boat cruise on Lake Periyar to view wildlife. Later drive to Kumarakom and board the House Boat or Kettuvalom. Stay in the house boat and cruise the Backwaters in and around Alleppey.
Day 11 - Alleppey - Cochin
Explore rural life in the Backwaters. Later, disembark at Alleppey and drive to Cochin. Evening watch a Kathakali dance performance.
